DAMNATION ANGELS Sign To Massacre Records; Bringer Of Light Album Due In February, Track Streaming Now

Massacre Records has announced the signing of the British symphonic
metal band DAMNATION ANGELS. The band was formed in late 2006 and has
gained a reputation for huge drum beats, monstrous riffing, powerful and
expertly performed vocals - all blended with the massive power of the
orchestra.

Their Shadow Symphony EP was released in 2009 and got rave reviews.
They've perfected their live performance while playing many shows in the
UK, sharing the stage with bands such as SABATON. The band is going to
make their debut appearance in the US at ProgPower USA this fall.

Damnation Angels' debut album, Bringer Of Light, was mixed and
mastered by Scott Atkins at the Grindstone Studio in Ipswich, UK. Jan
Yrlund (Darkgrove Design) is responsible for the cover artwork. Bringer
Of Light will be released on February 22nd via Massacre Records.

DAMNATION ANGELS FIND A LABEL HOME WITH INTROMETAL:

Intromental Worldwide is thrilled to announce the signing of UK-based melodic/symphonic power metal act Damnation Angels. Following the great success in Japan, the debut album "Bringer Of Light" will be released upon the rest of the world end of February.
Damnation Angels are taking the
world by storm and redefining Symphonic Metal in the process. Formed in
Britain late 2006, the band has gained ...a reputation for huge drum
beats, monstrous riffing, powerful and expertly performed vocals all
blended with the massive power of the orchestra. Having perfected their
live performance playing many shows around the UK with bands such as
Sabaton the band decided it was time to take it to the next level.
In February 2009 the band headed to Grindstone studios Ipswich to create
a new benchmark in symphonic metal with the aid of esteemed producer Scott Atkins (Sylosis, Cradle Of Filth). After many months of hard work, "Shadow Symphony" was born and with the aid of top Finnish artist Jan Yrlund (Korpiklaani, Turisas, Manowar), "Shadow Symphony" would be brought to life and the vision would be complete.
"Shadow Symphony" was greeted with rave reviews from critics stating
that the band are "the brightest spark to emerge upon the UK scene in a
very long time" and are "comparable with mega acts such as Avantasia and
Blind Guardian," delivering "symphonic Grandiloquence Metal with the
emphasis on the Metal that bands such as Kamelot, Rhapsody Of Fire and
Nightwish can't seem to be able to produce anymore."
The E.P. went on to sell well worldwide and after touring it extensively
throughout the UK the band decided it was time to make the debut album.
After many negotiations with record labels worldwide the band struck a
deal with Radtone Music (Japan) and released their debut album in Japan
on March 7th 2012 with the rest of the world to follow. The album is
entitled "Bringer Of Light", with artwork from Jan Yrlund and production
from Scott Atkins.
"Bringer Of Light" was also greeted with
rave reviews, downloads and pre-orders topping the Amazon Japan charts,
over 500 sales in the first 2 weeks and over 100,000 views on the
YouTube video Pride (The Warrior's Way). The band have now signed a multi-album deal with Massacre Records
(Germany) and "Bringer Of Light" will be released worldwide in February
2013. They're also scheduled to make their debut appearance in USA at
ProgPower September 6th 2013.
