RUSSELL ALLEN TO PRODUCE NEW SHAMAN ALBUM:
Russell Allen, vocalist of Symphony X and Adrenaline Mob, will be the producer of the new studio album of the Brazilian progressive/power metal band Shaman.
The relationship between the North American musician and the band
members begun with his participation on the new Shaman's videoclip,
Nocturnal Human Side. Some video shootings happened in New York City,
United States, when Allen and Shaman musicians were working together for
some days.
"After the positive experience that was this video filming, it became clear for we all that we had to do more things together", says Shaman's vocalist, Thiago Bianchi. "The
idea to have Russell as our producer came naturally. Since then we have
been fun. Russell is an extremely spontaneous guy and his contribution
have been a lesson of professionalism and musicality."
On pre-production phase, the new SHAMAN album still doesn't have a title
defined. A release date will also be announced soon. In the meanwhile,
the best sample of what is about to come is indeed the new videoclip, "Nocturnal Human Side".
Produced by the Brazilian famous director Alex Baptista with
co-production by Fernando Quesada and Edson Cortez and co-direction by
Thiago Bianchi and Juninho Carelli, "Nocturnal Human Side" videoclip
also brings other special participations as the international top model
and actress Renata Diffley and the famous photographer
