ROSE TATTOO's Angry Anderson :Man On The Street" In Upcoming Election In Australia According to Australia's Dailytelegraph.com.au,
ROSE TATTOO frontman
Angry Anderson will contest the seat of Throsby for The Nationals at the September 14 federal election.
The seat, on the NSW south coast, is a safe Labor electorate currently held by backbencher Stephen Jones.
Nationals chairman Niall Blair described their new high-profile candidate as "your man on the street".
"I think any criticism of Angry from Labor will be quite instructive
about their attitude to what he represents - their traditional
blue-collar supporters," Blair said.
"He's not always been as politically correct as he could have been
but he has a good heart and a deep sense of right and wrong, two things
the Labor Party have lost along the way."
