| HEAVEN & EARTH PREMIERES EPK FOR THIRD STUDIO ALBUM 'DIG':
Taking up where iconic bands like Deep Purple and Bad Company left off, Heaven & Earth
is on a mission to resurrect the sanctity of classic rock in its
purest, most accessible form on their third studio album titled Dig. Due out April 23 on Quarto Valley Records, Dig was produced by Dave Jenkins, who's worked with everyone from Metallica to Tower of Power - and features special guests Howard Leese (Heart, Paul Rodgers), Richie Sambora (Bon Jovi), and David Paich (Toto).
The band have recently released a special behind the scenes look into the making of Dig
and what brought these five musicians together to make such a "classic"
sounding record. The clip premiered on AOL Noisecreep.com earlier this
week and can be seen below.

About Heaven & Earth:
The origins of Heaven & Earth align the band's founder and visionary, Stuart Smith, with a rich lineage of rock's most celebrated musicians. Kelly Hansen (Foreigner), Joe Lynn Turner (Rainbow) and Kelly Keeling (King Kobra) all fronted the band at various junctures. Guitarists Richie Sambora (Bon Jovi) and Howard Leese (Heart, Paul Rodgers), singer and bassist Glenn Hughes (Deep Purple, Black Country Communion), bassist Steve Priest (Sweet) and drummer Camine Appice

the award for "Best Guitarist" and "Best New CD" for three years running
at the Los Angeles All Access Music Awards. In the summer of 2012, the

| HEAVEN & EARTH ROCK THE FONDA THEATRE IN HOLLYWOOD:
Heaven & Earth--guitarist Stuart Smith, singer Joe Retta, bassist Chuck Wright, drummer Richie Onori and keyboardist Ed Roth--raised the roof last week at The Fonda Theatre
in Hollywood, CA. Packed with industry heavyweights, celebrities, fans
and friends, the event (Wednesday, April 10) served as the world
premiere album release party for their new album Dig, due out April 23 via Quarto Valley Records,
on which they fuse elements of hard rock, blues and bits of classical
with bravado and a razor-sharp focus. At the Fonda, they performed the
album live for the first time, underlining their high caliber of
musicianship and uniformly strong songs. Dig was produced by Dave Jenkins--who's turned the knobs for everyone from Metallica to Tower of Power--and features special guests Howard Leese (Heart, Paul Rodgers), Richie Sambora (Bon Jovi) and David Paich (Toto).
Heaven & Earth's
music comes together explosively on the album's first single “No Money,
No Love” and its controversial video which has already logged over

The event kicked off at The Fonda Theatre with a red carpet event that
saw the likes of David Paich (Toto), Bruce Kulick (Kiss, Grand Funk
Railroad), Tony Kaye (Yes, Circa), David Victor (Boston), Marc Ferrari
(Keel), Lorraine Lewis (Femme Fatale), Mickey Dee (Motörhead), Sean
McNab (Dokken, Great White, Quiet Riot), Robbie Wyckoff (singer with the
Roger Waters band), Mitch Perry (Lita Ford Band), Troy Patrick Farrell
(White Lion) , Fred Coury (Cinderella), EJ Curse (Silent Rage), Athena
Lee (drummer and younger sister of Mötley Crüe's Tommy Lee), Tyler Mane
(actor/former professional wrestler), Crossong Jordon (actor), Bobby
Jean Brown (MTV music video vixen/star of Fuse TV's "Ex Wives of Rock")
and Ron Jeremy (adult film star), among others. It was a twisted
carnival-like atmosphere mirroring the bands "No Money, No Love" video
complete with a leprechaun, a stilted giant, a talking moon MC,
international champion of magic, David Minkin mesmerizing the audience
and then "The Most Dangerous Woman In Hollywood," Tonya Kay, put on her
Machine Shop Burlesque show. To close out the celebration, Heaven &
Earth took the stage for their much anticipated performance.
